Sharing & import

Sharing in Good Good Study Card needs no account and no server — export a file and send it however you like.

Export

• Share a whole deck: deck detail → ⋮ → Share, producing a .ggsdeck file
• Share a single card: card detail → ⋮ → Share, producing a .ggscard file

The file carries the card’s full content: Markdown text, images, and category color.

Import

On receiving a file, choose Import in the app (or simply open the file):

1. The app parses it and shows a preview — deck name, card count, attached images
2. Confirm to import; if a deck with the same name exists locally, rename or merge
3. If any image fails to import, the app reports it per-file without aborting the import

Files are fully interoperable across Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS — a deck exported on Android imports directly on an iPhone.

In other words, a share is a clean template: the recipient’s cards start fresh, and your own review history never leaves your device.

Collect from other apps

It works in reverse too: use the system share sheet in any app and pick Good Good Study Card to save text or images as a new card. With no decks yet, an “Inbox” deck is created automatically.
